The Dubai Financial Market index fell 1.47 per cent to 1596.73. After soaring 14.93 per cent on Monday, Tabreed sank 9.09 per cent to Dh0.70; Emaar Properties dropped 2.38 per cent to Dh2.46; DFM company slipped 2.16 per cent to Dh1.36 and Arabtec lost 0.54 per cent to Dh1.85.
The Abu Dhabi Security Exchange fell 0.92 per cent to 2531.94, the first time this week. Real estate stocks Aldar and Sorouh fell 3.15 per cent to Dh3.38 and 7.22 per cent to Dh3.38 per cent. The energy sector was mixed, with Dana Gas gaining 5.63 per cent to Dh0.75 and Abu Dhabi National Energy, also known as Taqa, declining 3.54 per cent to Dh1.92. etisalat fell 1.46 per cent to Dh10.15.
